What are your shipping options?
We ship by standard delivery across India in 5–7 business days, free on every order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track it any time from your account dashboard under "My Orders".
What is your return policy?
We don't accept returns. If you receive a wrong item, wrong chain length or a manufacturing defect, we replace it — raise it within 7 days of delivery with a continuous unboxing video. See our Replacement Policy for full details.
Do you offer refunds?
No — all sales are final and the only remedy is a replacement. The one exception: if we can't deliver a prepaid order to your pin code, we return the amount paid.
What is Zoreya jewellery made of?
Our pieces are a brass alloy with a silver plating — silver-finish fashion jewellery, not sterling silver. They are not 925 and they carry no BIS hallmark. The enamel in the peacock feather is applied by hand, so small variations between pieces are normal.
Every product page and every hang tag states the base metal and the finish. If a listing anywhere ever says otherwise, tell us and we will correct it.
How do I care for a silver-finish piece?
Put it on last, after perfume, deodorant and hairspray, and take it off before you shower, swim or sleep. Wipe it with a dry, soft cloth after wearing and store it in the pouch it came in.
Kept dry, the finish holds well. Chemicals, sweat and water are what wear plating down fastest.
What chain length will I get?
Chain length and pendant size are listed in the specifications on every product page — most chains are 18 inches. Measure a chain you already wear if you are unsure, and email us at zoreyajewels@gmail.com if you would like help choosing.
How does the multi-buy offer work?
Mix any designs and the price drops automatically in your cart, no code needed: any 2 pendants for ₹449, any 3 for ₹599, any 4 for ₹749 and any 5 for ₹899. Paying online takes a further ₹50 off orders of 2 or more pendants, so 3 pendants come to ₹549.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. Paying online gets you ₹50 off orders of 2 or more pendants. Cash on delivery is available on every order, with a ₹49 COD fee on 1 or 2 pendants and no fee on 3 or more. All online payments are processed securely by our payment partners.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we currently ship across India. Delivery timelines to remote pin codes may vary, and in rare cases where we cannot deliver, we will contact you and return the amount paid for a prepaid order.
